Incline Tahoe Foundation is partnering with
Incline Village Crystal Bay Community Business Association (IVCBA) on the
​Incline Village Main Street Beautification Project​
​
To revitalize the commercial core to enhance the viability of the business community. Work toward a consistent design with elements that can be incorporated into landscaping, signage, lighting, and public art.
  • SPRING AND FALL CLEAN-UP - Engage businesses to join local organizations and residents in spring and fall cleaning events. 
  • INCLINED TO BLOOM - Help beautify Incline with flowers! Funds will be used to add planters, pots and flowers to commercial areas and along the easements and intersections of Tahoe Boulevard. 
  • LAMP-POST - Research feasibility of installing decorative lamp posts along Tahoe Blvd that could be used to hang signs for type of businesses located in a center, along with the possibility of installing hanging planters. Solar powered lamp posts will be strongly considered.
  • ROUNDABOUT  - Review current landscaping and  design to enhance our “Gateway to Incline Village and Crystal Bay”.
  • PUBLIC ART - Identify a style of art, sculpture, mural that could be used throughout town to reflect our values or culture.
  • LIGHTING - Consider enhancements and lighting for safety and a design element of revitalization.
                          Holiday Lighting: Work with lighting contractors and property managers to identify a lighting design to be adopted by shopping centers and businesses.
