​Incline Tahoe Foundation in collaboration with
Incline Village Crystal Bay Community Business Association (IVCBA) on the
​INCLINE VILLAGE MAIN STREET BEAUTIFICATION
​
Incline Village Main Street is a revitalization and redevelopment program affiliated with Nevada Main Street and Main Street America. It is organized under the auspices of IVCBA community and business association. Its strategic priorities are economic  vitality, civic engagement, and community initiatives.
  • INCLINED TO BLOOM - Help beautify Incline with flowers! Funds will be used to add hanging baskets, pots and flowers to commercial areas and the bus shelters. Fall project: Dancing with Daffodils….fall bulb planting to bloom in spring!
  • GATEWAY ROUNDABOUT IMPROVEMENTS – Add succession planting supported by irrigation, iconic granite boulders, shrubs and trees to enhance our “Gateway to Incline Village and Crystal Bay”. Target installation: summer 2026
  • HOLIDAY LIGHTING – Create a warm and welcoming ambience with lighting in commercial areas that inspire businesses and residents to join in.
  • COMMUNITY-DRIVEN PROJECTS – Provide grant money to businesses making improvements that beautify, encourage walkability and enhance our commercial areas.
  • PUBLIC ART – Encourage local artists and promote public art to create a sense of place that reflect our values and culture.

FUTURE:
  • LAMP-POST - Research feasibility of installing decorative lamp posts along Tahoe Blvd that could be used to hang signs for type of businesses located in a center, along with the possibility of installing hanging planters. Solar powered lamp posts will be strongly considered.
  • TOWN/COMMUNITY CENTER – Identify a location that can be an indoor/outdoor gathering place that helps connect our commercial areas and encourages walking. Incorporate design elements that provide a sense of place for residents and visitors.​
